The new developer version of Google Chrome adds interface theme support. To activate you need to use Dev-channel and just run the theme files.
Right now, there are only this and this themes. There’s also an option inside software preferences in Personal Stuff tab to back to the default theme or visit the theme gallery (still unavailable).
